Hi again, I am Zahir.
I'm currently working as a Technical Customer Support Specialist at Ringover, helping users resolve complex issues and ensuring smooth experiences with our VoIP solutions.
Previously, I worked at Powder as a tech support specialist, where I supported a large gaming community, automated workflows with a Discord bot, and collaborated closely with the product team to improve the user journey.
Before diving into tech, I had a brief experience at Monoprix as a marketing consultant, working on an omnichannel strategy to align in-store and online customer experiences.
I find joy in solving problems, building trust with users, and creating a supportive environment where every customer feels heard and valued. I see customer support as a dynamic bridge between people and technology—one that grows through empathy, clear communication, and continuous improvement. My commitment goes beyond answering tickets; I advocate for smart, user-focused systems that enhance the overall experience and drive product evolution.
Outside of work, as a former Karate and Muay Thai professional, I love staying fit. I explore a lot of video games, anime and hip-hop music. I watch football games to the point where I can coach Paris Saint Germain and get them a Champions League (kidding) and I love my dog Pluto as he's out of this world and solar system.
